How are the statistics generated?

Each game between registered players is recorded. The database only tracks games between registered players.

How are players ranked?

Players are ranking by ratings calculated using the Glicko 2 system.

Are games submitted automatically?

No, one of the registered players must submit the game. It's a good practice to communicate with your opponent during the game to determine who will submit the results to prevent duplicate entries.

What if both players submit the same game?

A player is notified if the system thinks that a submission is a duplicate. The database will have to be modified by the administrator if such errors occur.

I registered but now I can't log in. :(

When you registered you should have received a confirmation email to verify your email address. Until you click on the confirmation you link, you won't be able to log in. If you have confirmed your email address and still can't log in, try using the password reset. If you are still having trouble, please contact us.

Why does the site look so crappy?

We are concentrating on making everything work for now. Once we feel comfortable that it's working well, then we'll try to make it look pretty.

My screenname has emoji's. How can I register here?

At this time we don't have a way to input and store emoji's in our database. We suggest substituting special characters in place of the emoji's for now.
